Refund Policy
Zarelva is committed to delivering genuine value in every engagement. This Refund Policy applies to all paid services, including the Fraud Risk Quick Audit.
Our 100% Refund Guarantee
If your platform has no meaningful fraud risks identified upon completion of the Fraud Risk Quick Audit, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. We stand behind the value of every engagement we deliver.
1. Fraud Risk Quick Audit ($99 USD)
This is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement. The following refund conditions apply:
- Full refund: If, upon delivery of the written report, no meaningful fraud risks are identified for your platform, you are entitled to a full refund of $99 USD.
- Full refund (non-delivery): If Zarelva is unable to deliver the report within 72 hours of receiving the required platform information from you, you are entitled to a full refund.
- No refund after delivery: Once the written report and 30-minute debrief call have been delivered, the engagement is considered complete and no refund is available, except under the "no meaningful risks" guarantee above.
- Client non-cooperation: If you do not provide the required platform information within 7 days of payment, the engagement will be considered lapsed. A refund may be issued at Zarelva's discretion, less a $20 administration fee.
2. Custom Engagements
For bespoke consulting engagements, refund terms are set out in the individual engagement agreement signed by both parties. In the absence of a specific agreement, the following applies:
- Deposits paid prior to commencement are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Payments for milestones or deliverables that have been completed are non-refundable.
- If Zarelva fails to deliver an agreed milestone without cause, a pro-rata refund for that milestone will be issued.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@zarelva.com with:
- Your name and company
- Date of payment and PayPal transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds via PayPal within 5 business days of approval.
4. PayPal Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@zarelva.com before raising a dispute through PayPal. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. If a PayPal dispute is raised, we will respond promptly with full documentation of the engagement and deliverables.
5. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your engagement.
