Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zarelva's website and consulting services. By engaging with our services or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Zarelva
Zarelva is a fraud intelligence and risk architecture consultancy operated as a Proprietorship by Gururaj GJ, registered under India's MSME (Udyam) framework (UDYAM-KR-03-0675917), based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
2. Services
Zarelva provides advisory and consulting services in fraud intelligence, risk architecture, and related areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Fraud Risk Quick Audit (fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement)
- Fraud investigation and case analysis
- AI system risk review
- Fraud prevention strategy design
The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are as described at the time of purchase or as agreed in writing between the parties.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are made in USD via PayPal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For fixed-fee engagements (e.g. the Fraud Risk Quick Audit at $99 USD), payment is due in full before work commences.
- An invoice will be issued within 24 hours of payment confirmation, referencing our Udyam registration number.
- For custom engagements, payment terms will be agreed in the engagement agreement.
4. Deliverables & Timeline
For the Fraud Risk Quick Audit, the written PDF report will be delivered to your registered email within 48 hours of payment confirmation, subject to you providing the required platform information promptly. A 30-minute debrief call will be scheduled at mutual convenience.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared by clients in connection with an engagement is treated as strictly confidential. Zarelva will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. An NDA is available on request prior to commencing any engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
All deliverables produced by Zarelva for a client are provided for that client's internal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Zarelva's deliverables without written consent. Zarelva retains ownership of all methodologies, frameworks, and templates used in delivering services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zarelva's consulting services are advisory in nature. Our reports and recommendations do not constitute legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. Zarelva's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, if no meaningful fraud risks are identified in your platform audit, a full refund will be provided.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
