Can I start with the Snapshot and upgrade later? +
Yes — that's the designed path. 100% of your Snapshot fee is credited toward any FPaaS engagement started within 90 days, so the Snapshot works as paid discovery rather than a sunk cost. Most FPaaS clients started with a Snapshot.
Why is product pilot pricing "scoped on call" instead of listed? +
Because pilots are founder-onboarded and configured to your rule packs, data shape and volume — a $600K/month lender and a $60M/month BNPL are not the same integration. You'll get a fixed quote on the scoping call; the fee never changes mid-pilot.
What payment methods do you accept? +
PayPal, debit/credit cards and Apple Pay for the Snapshot. FPaaS and pilots are billed monthly via USD invoice (wire/SWIFT). Indian clients can be invoiced in INR.
Is there hourly billing anywhere? +
No. Every engagement is fixed-fee, scoped in writing before it starts. If scope changes, you approve a new fixed fee first.
What about data security? +
NDA is signed before any data is shared. Zarelva works from CSV exports and dashboard data only — no production access, no credentials, no API keys. The Device Risk SDK collects zero PII and is DPDP compliant.
Can I cancel FPaaS? +
Yes — after the 12-week minimum, FPaaS runs month-to-month and you can stop with notice. The Snapshot is one-time with no ongoing commitment. See the refund policy for details.
